We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the city and the ocean from its elevated position. It was just a short taxi ride to the front door, so getting around was easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel had its own water treatment system, so we could drink the tap water without worry. The on-site restaurant was convenient and served delicious breakfasts. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and amenities, this place has it all.

Had a great Easter experience with amazing weather and plenty of things to do nearby. The hotel had a very convenient location, just a short walk from some great food places and relaxing bars. Loved the on-site gym and the stunning view that we enjoyed from the balcony of our room. The hotel also had a spa which was a very nice touch.
While the hotel was conveniently located, it was situated on an uphill area which can be quite taxing to walk up and down. Taxis were available but did come at an additional expense.

Located in a great spot, close to all the action but quiet enough to relax. Positioned conveniently with a bridge to cross the highway directly opposite and just a short distance down the hill. The view of the city and bay from the rooms, especially the Oaxaca Suite, is breathtaking. The breakfast at Bistro Teresa, on-location is thoroughly enjoyable, and the exceptional service from various staff members, such as Boris and Gustavo, really paid homage to their 5-star status.
Some guests note that tipping can be excessive, with a particular emphasis on the fact that they felt pressured to tip far beyond what is expected at the end of the stay rather than a little each time they used a service.

Our New Year stay was enjoyable. The hotel had an airport transfer service that met us outside the terminal, eliminating the hassle of getting to the hotel. The property was perched on a hill with great views of the ocean, and there were free car services available to take us to town. We also appreciated the variety of pool areas available on the property.
We had some disappointments during our stay. The towels and furnishings in our room were worn out and could use replacing.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel was impeccably maintained, had friendly staff, and a great location close to all the action but removed from the noise. The hotel even had its own water treatment system so I could drink the tap water, and a restaurant on site for a quick breakfast. Transportation was easy with taxis always available and affordable, and the hotel's free van service into town was a nice touch.
Nothing to fault.
